The Pazy Foundation is a joint venture of the Planning and Budgeting Committee (PBC) of the Israeli Higher Education Committee and the Israeli Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC). The Foundation's goal is to promote and support high-quality open scientific research carried out in collaboration between researchers at Israeli Research Universities and researchers at R&D centers recognized as part of the Israeli national science and technology infrastructure.

As mentioned above, the Foundation's goal is to promote and support high-quality open scientific research carried out in collaboration between researchers at Israeli Research Universities and researchers at R&D centers. The research carried out at these centers is purely open and non-commercial scientific research. The Foundation allocates grants in a wide range of fields, which are awarded on the basis of scientific merit. The funding decisions are based on the evaluation of scientific panels of leading university researches, who use detailed written peer reviews as their main evaluation tool.

We are aware that sometimes some part of a given proposal is outside the expertise of the reviewer. Nevertheless, your review of the part within your area of expertise will be most helpful. We understand that evaluating the proposal could be time-consuming, and we thus do not ask for a lengthy written report. But we do appreciate your candid opinion on the scientific merits of the proposal.

To accept or decline our request for the proposal’s evaluation,
• please log into the Pazy Foundation webpage (www.pazyfoundation.org.il) using your email as username and your personal password;
• if you forgot your password or if you don't have one, please click 'reset password' when trying to login;
• after you login, please indicate 'yes' or 'no' and then save your choice, according to your decision. By accepting our request you will obtain access to the full details of the proposal.
Please follow the instructions on the webpage for the evaluation process, you can save a draft and keep editing your review until the deadline. Submit your final review by pressing 'save'.
